Immunocytochemical analysis of Integrin a8 was detected in immersion fixed 4T1 mouse breast cancer cell line using Goat Anti-mouse Integrin a8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47572) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (re and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell surface.
